Ideal candidates are accounting students in at least the 3rd semester, eager to learn, and comfortable using Excel or TOTVS RM. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in an Accounting degree program (from the 3rd semester onward).
• Eager to learn, analytical, proactive, organized, and with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Excel or the TOTVS RM system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support for Accounting Closures: Assist with accounting closing routines, ensuring compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations;
• Assistance with Accounting Entries: Post and reconcile accounting entries, ensuring the accuracy of recorded information;
• Support for Audits and Inspections: Prepare and organize documentation and respond to requests from regulatory bodies and auditors;
• Handling Internal Requests: Respond to internal departments' inquiries by providing accounting information and technical support as needed.
