Accenture seeks a vigilant dispatcher for a 24/7 operations team supporting autonomous vehicle operations. You will monitor real-time requests, assess situations, and deliver safety-focused guidance to help ensure safe, reliable service delivery.

In this role, you will document decisions, escalate risks when needed, and collaborate with operations, product, engineering, and quality teams. The position requires flexible shifts, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in dispatch, control center, fleet operations, transportation operations, public safety, aviation, logistics, or similar environments.
• Experience making decisions in fast-paced, real-time operational settings.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to assess evolving information quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and judgment with a strong safety mindset.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and technology platforms.
• Comfortable working shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in a 24/7 operation.

About the Role
