Uber's Community Operations team in São Paulo seeks a Risk and Compliance Specialist to help maintain safety and regulatory compliance across the platform. You will investigate issues, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders while upholding high standards of accuracy.

You will collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams, document processes precisely, and stay calm under pressure while navigating complex regulatory realities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of experience in service quality assurance, compliance, banking, insurance, fraud, consulting, or another regulated environment.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Excellence in active listening and empathetic communication, particularly when dealing with complex or frustrated stakeholders.

About the role and team

Community Operations at Uber is where real people solve real problems in real time. As a Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will work at the intersection of policy, regulatory requirements, and operational reality to ensure our platform remains safe and compliant. This role is about maintaining a high bar for accuracy while navigating the complex systems and data that keep our business moving forward.
