Accenture North Brazil is seeking a calm, decisive Incident Response Coordinator to join a 24/7 operations center. You will respond to critical incidents, coordinate internal teams and external emergency services, and ensure clear, safety-focused resolutions under pressure.

The role emphasizes rapid assessment, documentation, and process improvement, with exposure to crisis scenarios and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualificações

  • 3-5 years of experience in emergency response, incident management, public safety, security operations, command center, aviation operations, dispatch, or similar environments.
  • Experience handling high-priority escalations, crisis situations, or multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong decision‑making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, systems, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsabilidades

  • Respond to critical incidents, emergency alerts, and time-sensitive operational events.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit records for all incidents.

  • Support training exercises, simulations, and certification activities to maintain response preparedness.
  • Partner with operations, quality, and leadership teams to strengthen incident management capabilities.

About the Role

Join a 24/7 critical response operations team responsible for managing high-priority incidents and emergency situations. In this role, you will coordinate response efforts, support stakeholder communication, and help ensure safety-focused resolutions through clear decision-making and effective incident management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
