Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in operational analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with process optimization frameworks and continuous improvement best practices.
• Experience supporting project coordination and improving operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to different stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
