You’ll collaborate with supply chain partners, drive cost reductions, and maintain reliable inventory across the organization. The role requires 3+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Jira.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced level of English.

You'll build strong relationships with supply chain partners, drive cost reduction and service improvements, while ensuring a reliable and efficient hardware network across the organization.

• - Updating SAP for inventory management.
• - Managing hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• - Analyzing assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.
• - Creating retrieval requests.

Requirements

• - Logistics Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• - Asset Management: Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• - System Experience: Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• - Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• - International Coordination: Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• - Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
