Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks an Onsite Field Support Engineer EUC to learn and transform their career. This role supports mission-critical infrastructure at premier data centre facilities, with project-based or ongoing support including remote hands and smart hands.

You will troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, and peripherals, handle tickets (ServiceNow), and provide excellent customer service in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite field support for EUC infrastructure and mission-critical systems.
• Handle hardware, OS, software, peripherals troubleshooting and repairs.
• Administer ticketing workflow and incident resolution (ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality.

• Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office
• Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred
• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes
• Application / software installation and trouble shooting
• Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now)
• Hardware, operating system & software knowledge of laptops, desktops & mobile devices, printers etc.
• Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, like printer, scanners and non-standard devices etc.
• Understanding of active directory, networking
