Job summary

Relevanti is seeking a client-facing role based in Barueri, SP, Brazil, with hybrid work. You will join client operations, understand problems, design solutions, and build them inside the Relevanti platform.

You will map client needs, configure platform modules, build automations, train users, and support go-live while feeding learnings back to product. This role requires strong process thinking and autonomy to manage several clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software implementation or process consulting.
• Ability to map processes: who does what, when, with which information.
• Relational data thinking: entities, fields, relationships.
• Comfort with no-code/low-code tools and automation logic.
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks and JSON.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Clear communication with end users and executives.
• Autonomy to run several clients at once.
• Completed university degree.

• Hybrid at Relevanti: fixed days at the Barueri office, agreed with the team.
• Hybrid, with occasional travel and on-site presence when the client's go-live calls for it.
