Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Network Support Engineer to assist operations, respond to tickets, and support internal customers.

You will collaborate with data center teams, vendors, and other IT groups on problem analysis, test plans, and resolution, requiring fluent English and strong network knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or CS with data networks focus; experience with TCP/IP, SNMP, Linux/Windows is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with focus on data networks.
• Experience with network troubleshooting using protocol analyzers and management systems.
• Experience with Ethernet/IP networks, routing and switching, OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and SNMP.
• Familiarity with mission-critical data center environments is a plus.
• Experience with load balancers such as F5 and Infoblox is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency for reading and conversation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on data networks.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, using protocol analyzers and other network management systems.
• Experience with Ethernet/IP networks, routing and switching, OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and SNMP.
• Experience with mission‑critical data center environments is a plus.
• Experience with load balancers — F5 and/or Infoblox — is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, including RHEL and Oracle Linux.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and Redis.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing technologies such as VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hypervisor, Amazon AMI, SaaS and FNV.
• Experience in problem analysis and resolution.
• Advanced English proficiency for reading and conversation.
