Job summary

Orbia Building & Infrastructure, Wavin, is seeking a Network Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team in Brazil. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuring network devices to ensure service continuity.

You will work with Aruba, Fortinet, Infoblox, and other technologies, collaborate with ISPs, and document changes for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced/ Fluent English.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and small-scale implementations.
• Experience with network equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and respond to escalated issues.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with ISPs to resolve outages and service coordination.
• Assist with small network implementations and configurations.
• Maintain Aruba switches and wireless controllers documentation.
• Support Fortinet firewall configurations and basic security monitoring.

We are currently looking for a Network Analyst (Analista Infraestrutura de Redes PL) to join our team. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven company, check out the requirements below.

As a Network Analyst (Analista Infraestrutura de Redes PL), you will:

Support the IT Infrastructure team through network systems monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and assistance with equipment maintenance and small-scale network implementations. This position offers development and growth opportunities in a dynamic network operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and escalated issues when necessary.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity issues.
• Interact with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve outages and coordinate services.
• Support small network implementations and configurations.
• Assist with the maintenance and documentation of Aruba switches and wireless controllers.
• Support Fortinet firewall configurations and basic security monitoring activities.
• Assist with Infoblox DDI operations, including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Document network changes and maintain up-to-date records for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Experience in infrastructure projects and small-scale implementations.
• Experience with network equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switching, and Routing.
• Experience with Aruba, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
