Job summary

Insi is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to bridge operations and data ecosystems, delivering high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights for Sales and Revenue teams. You will manage data requests, perform loads and cleansing in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, and collaborate with admins and developers on data schemas and integrations.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Salesforce, SQL, and BI tool skills, and the ability to turn CRM data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Reports, standard/custom objects, SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader, and Workbench.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and VBA/macros.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn CRM data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality and implement validation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and BI dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, reports, and analytical insights.
• Work with Salesforce Administrators and Developers on data schemas, integrations, migrations, and third-party applications.
• Identify process improvements across sales, marketing, and customer support using data.
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive teams.
• Document data definitions, SOPs, and data dictionaries, and support end-user training.
