Job summary

Insi, a Brazil-based consulting firm, is seeking a Blue Yonder Technical Analyst – Supply Chain to maintain and optimize client Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions. This remote role partners with the Solution Architect and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and design effective technical workarounds.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Supply Chain IT analysis experience, strong SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS and KSH scripting skills, and familiarity with Blue Yonder SCPO/JDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Supply Chain IT systems analysis function, specifically with Blue Yonder SCPO or similar supply chain planning solutions.
• Proven experience in a technical role supporting or implementing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration in ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support during testing cycles and post-go-live phases.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Support the stability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of Blue Yonder solutions.
• Work under the guidance of the Solution Architect, executing technical tasks and contributing to solution design and support activities.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business challenges.
• Challenge requirements when appropriate and recommend better alternatives within standard Blue Yonder capabilities, whenever possible.
• Manage data integration and transformation processes.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between Blue Yonder and other enterprise systems, including ERP platforms and external data sources.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing integrations.
• Develop and maintain custom extensions, reports, and interfaces using relevant Blue Yonder development tools and scripting languages.
• Contribute to enhancements and technical improvements within the Blue Yonder environment.
• Perform routine system health checks.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical analysis to ensure optimal system operation.
• Support ongoing system maintenance and stability.

This role is responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of the client’s existing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) supply chain planning and fulfillment solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Solution Architect and business stakeholders to provide escalated technical support, troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, translate business needs into effective technical solutions, and help ensure the overall health and reliability of the client’s Blue Yonder environment.

Technical Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support during testing cycles and post-go-live phases.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Professional Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a Supply Chain IT systems analysis function, specifically with Blue Yonder SCPO or similar supply chain planning solutions.
• Proven experience in a technical role supporting or implementing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions.

Domain Knowledge

Experience or strong understanding of one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Logistics

Experience within a wholesale distribution and/or retail environment is an added plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with SQL / PL-SQL
