Think One Autocare Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced claims specialist at Carros Centre to handle motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution.

You will prepare repair estimates, quotations and invoices, provide guidance on claims procedures, and coordinate with insurers, surveyors, workshops and technicians to ensure smooth progress and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of motor insurance claims processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer services abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
