Winnin is seeking a Monitoring Analyst - Night Shift to oversee drivers' electronic logs and ensure FMCSA Hours of Service compliance. You will proactively identify violations, communicate with drivers in real time, and work to minimize compliance risks while supporting safe fleet operations.

The role requires vigilance during night hours, collaboration with Operations and Safety teams, and meticulous record-keeping of monitoring activities and actions taken.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor drivers' electronic logs and Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Proactively identify potential HOS violations and compliance risks.
• Monitor drivers in real time and provide guidance to help them remain compliant.
• Communicate with drivers regarding log status, available driving hours, and potential violations.
• Review and analyze ELD data to identify inconsistencies, irregularities, or compliance issues.
• Take immediate action to prevent or minimize potential HOS violations.
• Escalate critical compliance or safety issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities, violations, and corrective actions.
• Support drivers with questions related to HOS regulations and ELD usage.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and other relevant teams to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations.
• Perform continuous monitoring throughout the night shift and respond promptly to alerts or compliance issues.

About the role
