Jobtailor is seeking a Tasy Systems Analyst with a focus on the Care Module to support and optimize hospital systems. You will analyze requirements with users, resolve tickets, and implement configurations aligned with business needs. Experience in healthcare settings and Tasy experience are essential.

Responsibilities include testing, validation, interfacing, and guiding users on proper system usage, driving continuous improvements across the Care Module.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience as a Tasy Systems Analyst, specifically with the Care Module.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital healthcare delivery processes.
• Experience implementing and configuring Tasy.

• Provide support and maintenance for the Tasy system, with a focus on the Care Module.
• Handle, analyze, and resolve tickets and requests from business areas.
• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with users.
• Analyze healthcare delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Support the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement of the system according to business needs.
• Create and maintain interfaces and integrations between systems, taking business rules into account.
• Assess the system-wide impacts resulting from process changes.
• Support Tasy-related implementation and improvement projects.
• Conduct solution testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Guide and support users in the appropriate use of systems and IT resources.
