Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks a strategic Hospital Pharmacy professional to coordinate pharmaceutical care initiatives and manage medications and suppliers. You will participate in technology-driven strategy, optimize resources, and ensure patient safety during HIS transition.

Required is a Pharmacy degree with postgraduate specialization and proficiency in Tasy HIS and MS Office. Will travel monthly for up to 10 days, with a focus on quality and efficiency targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Administration, Clinical Pharmacy, or Hospital Pharmacy.
• Proficiency with the Tasy HIS system.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel monthly (up to 10 days per project).
• Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Good Practices is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure procedures and safety during pre-Go-Live, Go-Live and stabilization.

• Lead the selection, qualification, and monitoring of medications and suppliers
• Participate in strategic decisions related to business expansion, implementation of new technologies, institutional protocols, and infrastructure
• Contribute to the optimization of financial, structural, and technological resources
• Support units in achieving quality and efficiency targets
• Monitor issues related to medication supply
• Promote good prescribing practices to ensure patient safety and mitigate care-related risks
• Support the preparation, implementation, and stabilization of Pharmacy operational processes during the HIS system transition
• Ensure the implementation of procedures and operational safety during the pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and stabilization phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Administration, Clinical Pharmacy, or Hospital Pharmacy
• Knowledge of the Tasy HIS system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Availability for monthly travel and assignments (once or twice per month), averaging up to 10 days per project
• Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Good Practices is desirable
