Jobtailor is seeking a PMO/Analyst to support strategic and innovation projects from its São Paulo office. You will develop dashboards in Power BI, maintain KPIs, and automate reports using Excel, Power Query, and RPA tools.

The role includes AI-assisted analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and presenting updates to PMO leadership. The ideal candidate has a PMO or analytical background, strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with automation, and good English.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.

• Support and monitor the management of strategic and innovation projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators in Power BI.
• Automate reports, controls and manual routines using advanced Excel, Power Query and automation tools.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including applying artificial intelligence to projects (task automation, report generation, assisted analysis).
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams, providing tactical support to PMO leadership.
• Prepare presentations, status reports and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, KPIs and project target plans.
• Ensure data quality and keep information up to date in the project management system.
• Support scenario analyses and data collection for decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Previous experience in a PMO, project management or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI: dashboard development, basic data modeling and DAX (intermediate formulas).
• Experience in process automation (Power Automate, macros, RPA or similar).
• Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for data querying and processing.
• Experience with generative AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar).
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner or similar).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments.
• Intermediate or advanced English.
