Jobtailor is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist focused on the Dental segment to map and optimize end-to-end processes, including back office and claims, with a hands-on approach to design and documentation.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering and business teams to identify bottlenecks, define KPIs, and develop visual flow diagrams, reports and slides to communicate improvements across the organization.

Qualificações

• Experience with dental processes, including claims and back office.
• Experience in end-to-end process mapping and redesign.
• Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring.
• Proficient with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Miro.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex information clearly.
• Analytical, proactive, hands-on mindset with autonomous goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Map, review and document end-to-end processes in the Dental segment (back office and claims)
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and design optimized flows to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop supporting materials (reports, presentations, visual flow diagrams) for internal communication and cross-functional alignment
• Work in partnership with different teams (operations, engineering, business, etc.), ensuring integration between processes and strategic objectives
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous tracking of process evolution
• Support the definition of targets and action plans for flow optimization, contributing to consistent and measurable deliveries

Requirements

• Previous experience with processes in the Dental segment, including claims and back office
• Experience in end-to-end process mapping and redesign
• Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Miro
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise materials
• Analytical, proactive, hands‑on mindset, with the ability to define goals and propose solutions autonomously
