Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an insurance implementation specialist to oversee onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of policies for health, dental, life, and Boon benefits. You will open and cancel sub-policyholders and liaise with carriers to address issues and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires prior experience in an insurance brokerage and in implementation, plus the ability to work in a hybrid model with two days in-office per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
• Previous experience at an insurance brokerage and in implementation.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in-office per week).

Responsabilidades

• Implement new companies, re-implementations, nominations, cross-selling and upselling for health, dental, life and Boon benefits; open and cancel sub-policyholders for companies already implemented in Boon.
• Review contractual agreements, perform internal alignment and prepare the implementation book.
• Request, receive and validate documentation submitted by the client.
• Prepare communication materials.
• Submit to the carrier and address any issues or rejections.
• Prepare, validate and forward legal documents.
• Receive policy numbers, verify them and provide them to the client.
• Request, receive and send the first billing.
• Conduct the closing/onboarding meeting.
• Create records and submit them for system registration.
• Receive requests to open/cancel sub-policyholders and follow up with carriers to provide feedback to the client.
