• Experience with PDCA or DMAIC or similar frameworks.

Lead the strategy and execution of performance management for the indicators of the Revenue Optimization and Customer Loyalty Directorate
Serve as the analytical link between technical data extraction, business rule modeling, and the strategic execution of customer base management
Implement, monitor, and optimize performance management routines for the directorate’s key revenue optimization and customer loyalty KPIs
Translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable, and structured business rules for report automation
Support the development and maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards using Excel, BI platforms, and Artificial Intelligence applications
Support leadership in structuring, cascading, and systematically tracking action plans to correct deviations and drive continuous improvement in performance indicators

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and independent navigation of Nio’s data lake
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex analytical reports and control dashboards in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Solid understanding of retail industry dynamics
• Knowledge of key profitability drivers and metrics, including LTV, CAC, margin, and churn
• Experience with problem analysis and goal deployment methodologies, such as PDCA and DMAIC, or financial execution frameworks
• Ability to collaborate with different business areas to jointly develop mitigation plans and strategies to improve operating results
• Practical knowledge of or experience applying AI tools for predictive analytics, query automation, or report generation is a plus
