Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a seasoned S&OP Planner to lead the end-to-end S&OP process and harmonize demand, supply, and production planning across multiple functions.

The role requires deep experience in forecasting, capacity evaluation, and KPI-driven process improvements, with a focus on quality and safety standards. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Supply Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is desirable.
• Intermediate English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the S&OP process, ensuring adherence to the schedule, quality of deliverables, and alignment among all involved areas.
• Analyze and consolidate the 18-month demand forecast, influencing the commercial team to improve forecast accuracy.
• Balance demand and production capacity, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans with operations.
• Prepare S&OP, customer, and stakeholder meetings and materials, supporting decision-making and follow-up on defined actions.
• Monitor forecast versus actuals, inventory levels, service level, and risks of excess, stockouts, quality issues, or capacity constraints.
• Support capacity evaluations for new projects and demands, contributing to operational feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, KPIs, and tools, maintaining compliance with product quality and safety standards.
• Integrate demand, production and capacity across commercial, operations, and project teams.
• Anticipate climate, political, and economic impacts, as well as potential supplier disruptions.
• Coordinate solutions with commercial, planning, operations, finance, projects, procurement, management, and HR.
