Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is looking for an onboarding-focused professional to coordinate internal alignments and prepare the implementation playbook. You will manage client documentation, create communication materials, and handle carrier submissions and rejections.

Responsibilities include processing legal documents, verifying policy numbers, and coordinating invoicing. You will conduct onboarding meetings and manage enrollments with carriers, ensuring smooth openings and cancellations

Qualificações

• Higher education (in progress or completed).
• Previous experience at an insurance brokerage.
• Availability to work hybrid (2 days on-site per week).

• Request, receive and validate documentation submitted by the client.
• Prepare communication materials.
• Submit information to the carrier and handle any rejections or issues.
• Prepare, validate and forward legal documents.
• Receive policy numbers, verify them and make them available to the client.
• Request, receive and send the initial invoice.
• Hold the finalization (onboarding) meeting.
• Make the registrations and submit them to the system.
• Receive requests to open and cancel enrollments, process them with the carriers, and provide feedback to the client regarding the opening or cancellation.
