Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Facilities and Benefits, manage budgets, and oversee supplier contracts. The role focuses on cost control and continuous improvement within a factory setting.

You will partner with leadership and operations to enhance employee experience, optimize resources, and drive transformation initiatives while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Strong experience in Facilities and/or Benefits.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Experience managing contracts and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences, including senior leadership and operational teams.
• Hands-on profile, able to operate between strategic and operational levels.
• Proactive.
• Knowledge of the Senior platform.
• Experience in transformation projects or process restructuring.

• Manage Facilities processes (catering, transportation, and other services).
• Administer and monitor corporate benefits.
• Oversee the area's budget management, focusing on cost control and resource optimization.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, including negotiation, SLA monitoring and performance management.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements to processes and services.
• Work closely with leadership and operational teams (factory), ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support the development of strategies that contribute to organizational climate and employee experience.
• Execute operational routines with excellence while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Lead or support transformation and improvement projects within the area.
