The Medical Information Specialist position provides technical and medical information and/or performs intake of adverse events/product complaints with high-quality customer service. It involves analyzing and researching inquiries and documenting interactions according to organizational, customer, and regulatory guidelines. The information provided will be tailored to the individual's expertise, experience, and training.

Essential Functions:
Works closely with internal and external contacts, including client management, to resolve complex inquiries. Researches medical literature and drafts responses when necessary.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant formal academic or vocational qualification. Previous experience (at least 6 months) that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. An appropriate combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered.
