The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Diploma-qualified mechanical technician to assemble and align automated and robotic systems for industrial automation, PCBA and semiconductor applications.

You will read CAD/CAM drawings, use hand and power tools, and work with engineers to ensure precise assembly and calibration, meeting quality standards and specifications. This is a hands-on role requiring steady workmanship and problem-solving during builds.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics required.
• Hands-on machine assembly and alignment experience desirable.
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings and CAD/CAM outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, align and set up automated and robotic machines.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and CAD drawings.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly, adjustment and calibration.
• Perform alignment and calibration of mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine assembly issues.
• Support machine setup and testing with engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members during builds.
• Maintain workmanship and ensure compliance with specs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, align and set up automated and robotic machines for industrial automation, PCBA and semiconductor applications

• Ensure assembly work is carried out accurately and according to quality standards

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D drawings and SolidWorks 3D drawings

• Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment for machine assembly, adjustment and calibration

• Perform alignment and calibration of mechanical components

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine assembly and alignment

• Support machine setup and testing when required

• Work closely with engineers and team members during machine build

• Maintain good workmanship and ensure assembly work meets required specifications

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field

• Hands-on experience in machine assembly or precision machining will be an advantage

• Familiar with industrial automation, PCBA or semiconductor equipment will be an advantage

• Able to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings

• Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools such as SAP will be an advantage
