We are looking for a Marketing Programs Assistant, fluent English. Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Meta's marketing programs, ensuring alignment between internal teams and partners. This position coordinates campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and carry out the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and operations, including events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives;
• Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring integration and process efficiency;
• Coordinate campaign content production, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables;
• Analyze performance results and propose tactical and operational improvements;
• Manage vendors and support teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
• Actively contribute with ideas, innovations, and improvements to Marketing Programs processes.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent English;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• Experience in executing and coordinating GTM operations;
