About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We seek proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail. What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead the execution of marketing programs.
  2. Manage all marketing efforts and activities within the marketing department.
  3. Act proactively to increase our market segment.
  4. Establish positioning, identify the objective audience, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives in different channels and segments.
  5. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  6. Serve as a liaison with sales and customer service teams to increase potential customers and customer satisfaction through consistent strategies.
  7. Create, maintain, and perform analytical reports on multiple platforms and extract key information for the development of future campaigns and market launch strategies.
  8. Design, test, implement, and develop tactics for raising potential clients.
  9. Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
  10. Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and the customer's life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging on all channels.
  11. Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful strategies.
  12. Manage content and updates for customers and internal contact points, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
  13. Gather customer and market information to inform disclosure strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  14. Measure, monitor, and report on ROI, KPIs, and the effectiveness of marketing and communications actions.
  15. Stay updated with digital technology developments.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  1. Proven work experience as a marketing manager.
  2. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
  3. Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience in B2B service marketing.
  5. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  6. Practical experience with SEO / SEM, content marketing, and Google Analytics.
  7. You must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
  8. Experience in managing a high-performance team.
  9. Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, proactive, and experienced in networking and influencing decision-makers.
  10. Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  11. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  12. Advanced English level.
