FiberHome Brasil seeks an experienced Data Center & Site Energy Product Manager to drive market development and technical promotion of our Network Energy portfolio in Brazil. You will build relationships with telecom operators, data center operators, and EPCs, and lead workshops and customer engagements across telecom, data center and energy sectors.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in BTS site energy infrastructure, DC power systems, energy storage, and renewable energy

Qualificações

• Languages: Portuguese and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Power Systems, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the listed areas: Telecom Power Systems, Network Energy Solutions, Data Center Infrastructure, Critical Power Systems, Energy Storage Solutions, Renewable Energy Solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market development and technical promotion of FiberHome's Network Energy solutions in Brazil.
• Develop and maintain relationships with telecom operators, tower companies, data center operators, EPC contractors, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and customer engagement activities.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities in Brazil.
• Support strategic projects, tenders, and opportunities through solution positioning and technical-commercial guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to drive project success and business growth.
• Build FiberHome's brand presence in the Network Energy and Data Center Infrastructure market.

FiberHome is seeking an experienced Data Center & Site Energy Product Manager to drive the market development, technical promotion, and business growth of our Network Energy portfolio in Brazil.

This role will focus on telecom site power infrastructure, data center energy solutions, energy storage systems, and renewable energy technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with market-facing experience to support customer engagement, solution positioning, and business expansion across the telecom, data center, and energy sectors.

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead market development and technical promotion of FiberHome's Network Energy solutions, including
• Develop and maintain relationships with telecom operators, tower companies, data center operators, EPC contractors, system integrators, and channel partners.
• Conduct technical presentations, solution workshops, and customer engagement activities to support business development efforts.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities within Brazil's telecom and data center energy sectors.
• Support strategic projects, tenders, and customer opportunities through solution positioning and technical-commercial guidance.
• Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to drive project success and business growth.
• Build FiberHome's brand presence and influence within the Network Energy and Data Center Infrastructure market.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Power Systems, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Telecom Power Systems
• Network Energy Solutions
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Critical Power Systems
• Energy Storage Solutions
• Renewable Energy Solutions

Strong knowledge of

• BTS and Telecom Site Energy Infrastructure
• DC Power Systems and Rectifiers
• Battery and Energy Storage Technologies
• UPS Systems
• Data Center Power Distribution
• Critical Facility Infrastructure

Experience working with telecom operators, tower companies, data center providers, EPC contractors, or energy infrastructure customers.

Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.

Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with telecom operators, data center operators, EPC companies, integrators, or major infrastructure customers.
• Familiarity with ANATEL, ANEEL, and Brazilian energy infrastructure regulations.
• Experience supporting large-scale telecom, data center, or energy infrastructure projects.
