About The Role

As Marketing Lead for Brazil, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Uber for Business's enterprise offerings. Your target audiences include C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies and SMBs, with the goal of driving brand awareness and demand generation across multiple channels such as OOH, radio, digital performance, CRM, and in-app messaging. Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing Latam, you will lead all country B2B marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate globally to scale our business in high-growth markets.

What The Candidate Will Do
  • Strategic Leadership & Accountability: Define and own marketing ROI and customer acquisition costs for Brazil, setting budgets, KPIs, and targets.
  • Develop plans: Create annual and quarterly strategies balancing brand building and performance marketing to meet revenue goals.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Launch national awareness campaigns (primarily digital) that generate measurable lift and consideration.
  • Creative Translation: Convert brand strategies into impactful creatives, overseeing visual and content approval for the region.
  • Performance Optimization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to centralize performance operations, continuously testing and refining media mixes, attribution models, and automation tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage teams in Brazil, Mexico, and the US, ensuring alignment across Product, Operations, Legal, PR, Media, and Customer Experience.
  • AI Adoption: Act as the internal AI ambassador, driving AI adoption, coaching peers, and identifying strategic opportunities.
  • Enterprise Field Marketing & CRM: Develop strategies for field marketing and partner with Sales, Finance, and Strategy to ensure smooth launches and long-term client relationships with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.
Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Proven demand generation success for sales growth.
  • Experience launching integrated awareness campaigns.
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills across multiple countries.
  • Analytical skills with experience in performance metrics, funnel optimization, and AI tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in agency digital strategy or in-house performance teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce, Asana, and AI marketing platforms.
