Uwing International School in the Northern region of Brazil is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies that promote our educational programmes and strengthen brand recognition.

You will plan and optimise digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, generate high-quality leads, and collaborate with Admissions to ensure timely handovers and accurate reporting on performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's programmes and strengthen brand awareness.
• Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase enquiries from prospective parents.
• Manage the school's social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other relevant digital channels.
• Plan and create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, short videos, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance, including advertising costs, lead generation, campaign effectiveness and return on marketing investment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate the preparation of brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.
• Plan and support education exhibitions, open houses, school events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Admissions team to ensure effective lead generation and timely handover of enquiries.
• Maintain accurate marketing records and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure all marketing communications are accurate, professional and aligned with the school's brand standards.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
