Brazil Exclusive Travels is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Director with content strategy and the organisation of commercial materials. This role suits someone creative, proactive, organised, and passionate about luxury travel and digital tools.

You will manage social content (Instagram and LinkedIn), produce assets, and coordinate Beetrip content, while assisting the sales team with quotations and client presentations. Training on Beetrip and daily tools will be provided.

Qualificações

1–2 years marketing, social media or content creation experience.
Bilingual English required; Portuguese preferred.
Proficient with Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
Strong writing in Portuguese and English.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Content Management – Social Media (Instagram & LinkedIn) tasks and posting.
Create and edit posts, reels, carousels, stories and videos.
Utilise Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for visuals.
Content Creation in Beetrip: upload itineraries, photos and descriptions.
Organise internal database and support sales with ready materials.
Improve visual storytelling and maintain brand consistency.

Marketing Assistant

Brazil Exclusive Travels is a luxury DMC and concierge agency specialised in tailor‑made journeys for an international clientele. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Director directly with content strategy and the organisation of our commercial materials.

This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, organised, and passionate about communication, tourism and digital tools.

Main Responsibilities

1. Content Management – Social Media (Instagram & LinkedIn)

Creation, planning and publication of content aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Production of creative materials (posts, reels, carousels, stories and videos)
Advanced use of tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI solutions for visual creation
Basic video and image editing (strong advantage)
Support in maintaining brand identity and consistency across all digital communication

2. Content Creation in the Beetrip Software

Uploading itineraries, descriptions, photos and complete travel information into the platform
Organising and updating the internal database (destinations, hotels, experiences, services)
Writing content in Portuguese and English
Supporting the sales team by ensuring all materials are ready for quotations and client presentations
Continuous improvement of the visual quality and storytelling of our itineraries
High level of organisation and attention to detail

Full training on the Beetrip software will be provided by the company.

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation
Bilingual English mandatory (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Solid knowledge of Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information
Clear, professional writing skills in Portuguese and English
Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity and strong attention to detail
Interest in the tourism and luxury travel market
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic video editing skills will be considered an advantage
