RecruitPedia Pte Ltd on behalf of our client seeks a Technical Lead Engineer to lead the R&D team in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You will drive end-to-end product transfer, ramp-up activities, and readiness of manufacturing processes and documentation.

You will act as the key technical interface with contract manufacturers, coordinate DFMA considerations, and apply 8D/5-Why methodologies to ensure stable production performance across transfers and NPIs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline (7–10 years in Manufacturing/NPI/Industrialisation).
• Semiconductor equipment, automation, capital equipment or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, BOMs, PLM and ECR/ECN processes.
• Experience in module/system-level testing and test station setup is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing product transfers, contract manufacturers and production readiness.
• Familiar with Equipment Machine Electrical Schematic Diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product transfer and manufacturing ramp-up activities with transfer planning and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate transfer of processes, tooling, fixtures, test systems, documentation and know-how to external partners.
• Support NPI/NPD programs by driving manufacturing readiness with DFM, DFA and DFT considerations.
• Act as a key technical interface with contract manufacturers and drive capability assessment and supplier development.
• Drive FAI, PPAP, process validation, engineering changes and corrective actions across transfers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement to manage milestones and risks.
• Apply 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, APQP, SPC and Control Plans for production stability.

Our client is a global leader in advanced semiconductor manufacturing solutions. Due to business expansion, they are now recruiting a Technical Lead Engineer to lead R&D team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product transfer and manufacturing ramp-up activities, including transfer planning, readiness reviews, qualification and risk mitigation.

• Coordinate the transfer of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, test systems, technical documentation and production know-how to external manufacturing partners.

• Support NPI/NPD programmes by driving manufacturing readiness and incorporating DFM, DFA and DFT considerations during product development.

• Act as the key technical interface with contract manufacturers, supporting capability assessment, supplier development, production readiness and performance improvement.

• Drive FAI, PPAP, process validation, engineering changes, configuration control, root cause analysis and corrective actions throughout the transfer lifecycle.

• Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement teams to manage project milestones, technical risks, escalations and production issues.

• Apply structured problem-solving and quality methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, APQP, SPC and Control Plans to achieve stable production performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 7–10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, NPI/NPD, Product Transfer or Industrialisation.

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, capital equipment or precision manufacturing preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, BOMs, PLM and engineering change management.

• Experience in module/system-level testing and test station setup is advantageous.
