Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd partners with a global US-listed semiconductor company to recruit a Planning Manager for the North region of Brazil.

This role leads a planning team to drive end-to-end supply, production, and inventory planning in a complex manufacturing environment. You will optimize capacity, material availability, and on-time delivery while collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics.

Qualificações

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production, Material, or Demand Planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior people management experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a planning team.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, capital equipment, or related manufacturing industries will be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead a team of planners to manage end-to-end supply, production, and inventory planning activities to support customer demand and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute production plans to optimize capacity utilization, material availability, and on-time customer delivery performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless planning execution.
  • Monitor demand forecasts, backlog, and supply risks, driving mitigation plans to address material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, forecast accuracy, system utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing planning team and strengthen planning governance.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global US-listed semiconductor company supporting some of the world's leading chip manufacturing equipment providers. This Planning Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a planning team and drive end-to-end supply, production, and inventory planning within a complex manufacturing operation.

  • Work location: North
  • Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5.30pm
The Job:
  • Lead a team of planners to manage end-to-end supply, production, and inventory planning activities to support customer demand and business objectives.
