The Business Development Representatives Manager will be responsible for setting and driving Salesforce's sales strategy for the Business Development Representative team. This executive will lead a growing sales organization of 7 BDRs (Business Development Representatives).
Ideal candidates will possess strong sales management experience and deep knowledge of sales cycles, likely from their previous experience. They will be responsible for generating revenue growth and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. Additionally, they will contribute to regional sales strategy, overseeing its implementation and driving execution to meet corporate objectives. Candidates should have a proven track record in business-to-business application sales and management.
The Manager will also develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at gaining market share, building high levels of customer success, and fostering sales skill and career development within their team.
