The District Sales Manager is responsible for implementing sales strategies and achieving sales results within an industry or territory. They manage team efforts in direct-led and indirect deals by leveraging partners and growing sales for the assigned sector or territory through the channel to fulfill customer needs. They plan and direct all sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline development, policy adherence, staffing, and talent development of the sales force.
The Direct Sales Manager promotes a team culture that embraces Autodesk's values, fosters collaboration across organizations, and engages appropriate internal resources. They establish short- and long-term goals and quotas aligned with corporate objectives, generate new business, develop and maintain customer relationships, and execute strong business practices. The District Manager reports to the Regional Manager for Emerging Business Construction Sales. This role is fully remote.
