Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Budgeting: prepare cost estimates and build schedules, monitor expenses to avoid overruns.
• Site Management: oversee daily operations on site, coordinate workflow, ensure timely arrival of materials and equipment.
• Hiring & Subcontractors: select, hire, and schedule subcontractors, trade specialists, and labor crews.
• Collaboration & Communication: act as the main bridge between clients, architects, engineers, and construction crews.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
