Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte is seeking a senior professional to lead industrial maintenance strategies within the Operations Directorate, driving preventive and predictive programs and ensuring asset reliability at scale.

Responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance initiatives, defining standards and KPIs, and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize performance in large industrial environments.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Solid experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of PCM, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Experience in managing KPIs and reliability.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or logistics environments.
• Experience in technical leadership and team development.

• Lead projects related to the Special Projects area of the Operations Directorate, including planning and execution, identifying risks and mitigating impacts to ensure results.
• Structure and lead the industrial maintenance strategy for the Decommissioning Centers.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance processes and maintenance planning and control (PCM).
• Define maintenance indicators and standards.
• Support the implementation of new maintenance structures in operations.
• Manage asset and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Advanced Projects.
