Qualificações

• Pursuing a university degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in maintenance, reliability, asset management and continuous improvement.
• Analytical and organized with ability to support failure investigations.
• Knowledge of failure analysis and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Familiar with maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of NR-10 and NR-12 safety regulations for field activities.

Responsibilities

• Propose the maintenance processes to be followed by Asset Management/Maintenance, contributing to the development of maintenance and operation plans and procedures to ensure system reliability, operational continuity, and the safety of involved personnel.
• Support diagnosis and system studies to reduce the number of failures, optimize service levels and lower costs by assisting with failure analysis and failure mode assessments for systems under your responsibility, analyzing performance, trends, and potential improvements.
• Monitor investments for the internal areas of the units with the objective of cost reduction, continuous improvement and operational gains, managing the projects.
• Contribute to the analysis, documentation and redefinition of processes to guarantee the safety of everyone involved in unit maintenance processes, including customers, by supporting critical analysis of all failures and producing detailed reports containing investigations, root‑cause analyses and action plans to prevent recurrence (COPESE, IN and major failures), and by preparing and issuing Technical Safety Instructions (TSIs) to be followed by maintenance teams in the field.
• Work to ensure the full functionality of systems through control of warranties, equipment and installations, and support the preparation and issuance of technical specifications for contracting third‑party services for systems under your responsibility. Monitor procurement processes for components or outsourced services and identify the need to develop new suppliers to reduce costs and/or keep systems/equipment operational by supporting technical evaluations of equipment, materials and service suppliers through technical visits, test validation and analysis of prototype results.
• Support the assessment of safety requirements for interventions within the units' right‑of‑way by assisting in the review of Work Authorizations (APTs), contributing to the elimination of workplace safety risks, complying with internal standards and established procedures, and ensuring the proper use of issued PPE.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control and Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in working with maintenance, reliability, asset management and continuous improvement of electronic systems.
• Analytical, organized profile with the ability to support failure investigations and develop action plans.
• Knowledge of failure analysis and preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, especially NR‑10 and NR‑12, and procedures for field activities.
