Jobtailor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in São Paulo to oversee heavy checks and manage supervisory teams. You will ensure resources, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance while driving safety and efficiency on the hangar floor.

The role requires leadership experience, a completed bachelor's degree, and at least an intermediate level of English; postgraduate qualifications or CHT certification are a plus.

Qualificações

Experience with hangar maintenance.
Experience in team leadership.
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Intermediate English: reading and interpretation.
Postgraduate degree is a plus.
Aircraft Maintenance Technical Course is a plus.
Possession of CHT certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate execution of Heavy Checks to meet maintenance scope.
Set priorities and direct supervisory teams to optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with Turn Around Time and aircraft production milestones.
Monitor progress, removing constraints impacting production.
Ensure availability of workforce, tools, equipment and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and aviation regulatory requirements.
Coordinate integration between Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Supply.
Lead and develop supervisors and teams for high performance and training.
Monitor performance indicators: productivity, quality, costs, schedule adherence.
Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the execution of Heavy Checks, ensuring the planned maintenance scope is met.
Set priorities and direct supervisory teams to optimize use of available resources.
Ensure compliance with TAT (Turn Around Time) and the production milestones for each aircraft.
Monitor progress of maintenance activities, removing constraints and deviations that impact production.
Ensure availability of workforce, tools, equipment and materials required to perform the services.
Ensure compliance with operational safety, quality and aviation regulatory requirements.
Coordinate integration between Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality and Supply to support execution of the checks.
Lead, develop and support supervisors and teams, promoting high performance and continuous training.
Monitor operational performance indicators, productivity, quality, costs and schedule adherence.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste and improving operational predictability.
