Jobtailor is seeking an Engineering professional to manage maintenance for 4 to 5 Distribution Centers in São Paulo, Brazil. You will oversee building systems, ensure safety and quality, and prepare technical reports while monitoring KPIs.

The role requires an Engineering degree, advanced MS Office skills, and periodic travel to DC sites every ~15 days. Experience in industrial maintenance is a plus, and travel is expected. This is an on-site position based in São Paulo.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Strong MS Office skills (advanced level).
• Willingness to travel periodically (approximately every 15 days) for technical visits to assigned DCs.
• Prior experience in building or industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of infrastructure maintenance for 4 to 5 Distribution Centers, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems (structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and generators).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety.
• Prepare technical reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
• Support the planning and execution of renovations, expansions, and regulatory compliance projects at the Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, supervising field activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
• Strong MS Office skills (advanced level).
• Availability for periodic travel (approximately once every 15 days) for technical visits to assigned DCs.
• Prior experience is not required, but experience in building or industrial maintenance is a plus.
