Job summary

CHENG JI BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordination professional to collaborate with PM and MEP consultants, government authorities, and other site departments to maintain project schedules and budgets.

The role requires thorough understanding of contract documents, MEP drawings, and phasing plans. You will attend site meetings and perform related duties to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve discrepancies and technical issues, ensuring on-time and on-budget project completion.
• Understand contract documents, MEP drawings and specifications, phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site walks as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
