Lian Soon Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years in the construction industry. The role covers attending meetings, submission of drawings, preparing CSD/RCP, site coordination and inspections, and meticulous documentation of inspection forms.

Independent, self-motivated and proactive candidates will fit well, with advantage given to those with experience with Electrical/ACMV contractors.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry.
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Experience with Electrical/ACMV contractor is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Attend client/consultant meetings with progress reports when required.
• Material/equipment/shop drawing submission and clearance with consultant when required.
• Produce CSD/RCP for submission.
• Site coordination and inspection.
• Maintain and document all inspection forms.
