You will build strong relationships with supply chain partners, drive cost reduction, and ensure a reliable hardware network by coordinating with SAP and Jira for inventory and workflow management.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced level of English.

You'll build strong relationships with supply chain partners, drive cost reduction and service improvements, while ensuring a reliable and efficient hardware network across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Processing shipping requests through Jira.
• Updating SAP for inventory management.
• Managing hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyzing assigned inventory through SAP and Jira.
• Creating retrieval requests.

Requirements

• Logistics Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• Asset Management: Background in roles managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• System Experience: Experience working with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• International Coordination: Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
