Amazon Logistics’ team is looking for a Shift Manager to join the Amazon Logistics Brazil team in our Delivery Station in Manaus - AM.

About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will have responsibility for the operation in a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Team Leads, Operators, and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships and performance. You will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment that values innovation and agility.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations focusing on the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.
  2. Support your team of operational leaders in managing labor, leading meetings, assigning duties, and coordinating with internal and external partners.
  3. Monitor KPIs such as On Time Dispatch and First Day Delivery Success to enhance customer service.
  4. Analyze data to identify root causes and implement improvements.
  5. Support the rollout of new systems and processes, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Manage business requirements, workflows, and solutions design.
  7. Ensure operational tools are functional and available to associates.
  8. Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions as needed.
  9. Work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in employee and performance management.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic English and fluent Portuguese skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvements, or lean techniques.
