Job summary

Cyncly is seeking a proactive and business-oriented Legal Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day legal operations of a global organization. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal matters and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate legal environments and business operations.
• Experience handling legal, regulatory, litigation, or dispute‑related matters.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced to fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of legal operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage and coordinate matters with external law firms and legal service providers.
• Assist in the handling of litigation, disputes, regulatory inquiries, and customer escalations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather information and analyze issues.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and international stakeholders.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of legal policies.
• Monitor legal matters and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of legal operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage and coordinate matters with external law firms and legal service providers.
• Assist in the handling of litigation, disputes, regulatory inquiries, and customer escalations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather information, analyze issues, and support decision‑making.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and international stakeholders, documenting key discussions and action items.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of legal policies, procedures, playbooks, and internal guidelines.
• Monitor legal matters and ensure timely follow‑up on actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Support initiatives related to data privacy, regulatory compliance, and emerging legal topics, including artificial intelligence and technology‑related matters.
• Act as a liaison between legal, business, and operational teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Provide support in administrative and operational legal processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
