We are seeking a talented Tech Manager to support our leads generation and allocation processes. Sellers are vital to Amazon’s ecosystem, helping us deliver the Earth’s largest selection at the lowest prices. Leads is our starting point to accelerate partnerships with key marketplace sellers.

We are looking for creative, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our dynamic team. Our focus is on growing and developing a smart assortment of brands and providing the best shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will enable Amazon Brazil’s growth through implementing and supporting local seller recruitment strategies and business intelligence. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.

The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, knowledge of business intelligence solutions, and strong business acumen. They should be comfortable working with quantitative data and cross-functional teams, self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable to a fast-changing environment, and eager to innovate.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other languages.
  2. Apply web scraping techniques.
  3. Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve output quality.
  4. Collaborate with business teams to refine scoring models and processes for efficiency.
  5. Monitor and optimize seller performance to meet productivity targets.
  6. Work with account management, product management, and marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
  7. Establish key metrics and performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL and web scraping solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead generation role.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coding in Python for analytics and automation.
  • Previous experience managing a leads funnel and collaborating with sales teams.
