The role demands technical acumen and strong communication abilities, aligning client requirements with effective commercial proposals. Ideal candidates will possess a background in engineering, strong negotiation skills, and experience within the solar energy sector.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Advanced Excel and Spanish knowledge.
  • Experience in solar energy sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding project requirements, contributing to technical definitions, and preparing commercial proposals and technical documentation. You will act as a crucial liaison between technical teams and clients, actively participating in negotiations and ensuring smooth commercial processes.

Key Activities:

  • Support Business Development in Latin America during client interactions.
  • Understand clients' technical and commercial needs and translate them into aligned proposals.
  • Prepare and send commercial proposals and technical documents.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals with clients and the Business Development team.
  • Conduct in-person and online meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Participate in technical project validations in partnership with the Engineering team.
  • Maintain and manage information in SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Act as a bridge between internal departments such as Engineering, PMO, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced Spanish; English is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge.
  • Previous experience in the solar energy sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of solar trackers is a plus.
