Job summary

ADP Ventures in Porto Alegre, Brazil is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive next-generation products with engineering and UX teams. You will own the product vision, craft roadmaps, and ensure scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that delight clients.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams in a startup-like environment that values ownership, transparency, and collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive product management on software and strong Agile delivery experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management on software products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to articulate product vision to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in HR, Payroll, Recruiting is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Scrum. You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap.
• Research & Requirements. You'll own the product vision. You'll document and prioritise features. You know where your product fits across the competitive landscape, and are always learning and researching new industry trends to make your product better. Your roadmap comes together based on feedback from our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and the future of technology.
• Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, collaborating across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, UX teams and more to share your vision, receive feedback, continually drive innovation and make your product the best it can be.
• Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new services. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:

• Strong experience of progressive product management with software products, with at least 5 in a product owner role on a scrum team.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels in both oral and written communications.
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience in the following product areas is a plus: Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Social Media.
