EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer in Brazil to steer platform transitions, retire legacy apps, and strengthen MCP Hosting Infra with Kubernetes on AWS. You will guide architecture, automation, and incident practices while advancing the AI Marketplace and support bot capabilities.

You will mentor mid-level engineers, define on-call standards, and collaborate with product teams to align priorities. Fluency in English required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience leading technical initiatives end-to-end, including migrations or decommissions.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, and EKS with solid Kubernetes experience.
• Background in monitoring and observability practices.
• Experience building authentication or credential-management systems with OAuth2.
• Experience designing on-call and support processes, not just participating.
• Mentor others through code reviews and design reviews and pairing sessions.
