EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Cloud Architect to lead large-scale migrations of legacy applications into modern cloud and container platforms. You will shape target-state architecture, guide delivery teams, and align stakeholders on the best path forward.

This role requires 7+ years in cloud and migration programs, strong IaC with Terraform, Ansible automation, and containerization with Kubernetes/EKS. Excellent client communication and English proficiency are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery to assess legacy workloads and migrations.
• Define target-state architecture across AWS, Kubernetes and private cloud.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements.
• Create migration and test plans aligned with business needs.
• Decide platform approach and landing zone integration.
• Oversee engineering execution during migration delivery.
• Provide hands-on DevOps and cloud task support as needed.
• Guide containerization strategy for modern platforms.
• Design CI/CD to support repeatable releases.
• Coordinate with security and solution architecture for compliant designs.
